Ainhoa Sánchez, one of postgraduate researchers, has begun a 4-month research stay in the laboratory of Dr. Dmitriy N. Atochin, at the Cardiovascular Research Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, where she will analyse the role of cGKI in platelets and smooth muscular cells that modulate vascular reactivity and trigger cerebral-vascular damage. We hope it turns out to be an enriching experience, both professionally and personally.
